NGE-Rei is now Eva-Rei ps3 theme!

So I decided to remake this theme, I did some small changes to the icons. Also new background have been added to make this theme a lot better. Theme now has 9 HD/SD backgrounds, if any one has issues with the icons brightness please let me know and I will remake the icons.

For The Best Experience possible please drop the backgrounds brightness. Theme Settings > Background > Brightness > recommended -2 or -3.
